The British weather
should not be a burden anymore because you can still look chic.
The oriental style is really in this summer although
it can be quite bright and different you can dress it down. Like this young
lady she has put some simple denim shorts and a grey vest just to mute the
tone.
Where to buy: Most high street retailers sell this oriental coat
, Topshop and Newlook.
Top tip: Why not look in vintage shops they can be cheaper and the detail on
them can be an extra advantage for you to stand out from the rest.
This
girl knows her festival dos and don’ts and looks to be a regular at these
summer festivals. We can see that the tartan is making an appearance under a
simple black leather coat so that it does not stand out to much, red and black do complement each other very
well .It’s clear to see that wearing denim shorts are a festival must have and
this girl on the right does it well with some hot pants. And wearing them with some black boots gives
her that edgy rocker look.
Price
of boots: Studded boots, £22
Being comfy at festivals is a must especially as
you will be on your feet all weekend and hardly getting any sleep so having a
big jumper at a festival does not make you less fashionable. This girl on my
left has worked this jumper look very
well as she has a simple one colour jumper tucked in nicely with some denim hot
pants with some tasselled embellishment at the top.
And if you also one to jazz the look up even more the
pink bright wellies are a must DO, this will sure make you stand out from the
rest of the festival fashionistas.
So everyone I hope that this little blog has provided you with an insight into what Reading festival has to offer in terms of the fashion side of it
